• Question: what do you feel is your greatest achievement involving science?

      Scientists usually organise conferences to meet with other scientists in their field, and to present and discuss their research. Usually in these conferences PhD students present a poster with the main results and findings of their research. I presented a poster of my research for the first time in an international conference in Edinburgh, and I won the first poster prize! It was great!

      I feel that being part of the scientific community is a great achievement in itself. Not everyone has the chance to spend their life as a scientist and many people will not be a scientist for all of their lives. I feel very lucky to be able to do this for a job.
