      In my research I only work with zebrafish embryos, and I use the adults to produce the embryos I need. We have a big fish facility with many tanks. In every tank we have around 50 adult zebrafish, male and female. When I need embryos, I separate the 50 zebrafish in couples, and I put one male and one female together in smaller tanks. Then, I leave them overnight, and the next morning they have lay eggs and they have been fertilised, so I can go and collect the embryos for my experiment. Then, I put all the adults back to the tank in the fish facility.
