      I’m not sure what you are asking here, but if you are talking about sexual intercourse that leads to a fertlised embryo, then it requires a sperm cell from the male to meet an egg cell from the female.

      sexual intercourse is usually between a male and a female. it is usually through the vagina where the male inserts his penis into the vagina, but it could be oral (ie through the mouth) or anal (i.e through the anus).
