• Question: whats the best ever thing you have done in science?

      The best thing I have ever done is probably my masters project, as I found something new about a particular gene involved in prostate cancer. The gene was believed to be the cause of poor survival in men, but I found that it was only the case when it worked with another gene. When this other gene was not present, then the cancer was actually linked to a better rate of survival. I was awarded a prize for my work in that particular project.
